A decade across field engineering, enterprise networking, identity management, and AI-driven automation.
L3 identity and access management for a global professional services firm. Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Exchange Server (On-Prem / Hybrid) across 20,000+ domestic and 300,000+ global users. Bilingual operations with global IAM teams. Alongside this role, running VeriGrid Labs as an independent studio exploring wireless systems, mobile health platforms, and AI-driven automation.
Enterprise network management — FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Catalyst, Enterprise WLAN. Led Palo Alto Networks HA project and managed overseas branch network deployments. Also ran internal helpdesk and PC kitting operations.
Worked in a fully English-speaking, multicultural environment. Built real-world bilingual communication skills and cross-cultural team collaboration.
On-site installation, maintenance, and repair of network equipment (FortiGate, SubGate, Trend Micro Cloud Edge), servers, and enterprise systems. Client-facing technical support and new employee training.
